These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of livorans.com and purchases from Livorans. “Livorans,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Highland Vista Co LLC, doing business as Livorans. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. You must be legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction.

We aim to describe products, colors, measurements, and availability accurately, but screens and production batches may vary. Unless stated otherwise, measurements are approximate. Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We may lawfully limit quantities.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not necessarily mean acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, failed payment, address restrictions, or legal compliance. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the affected amount.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Applicable sales, use, VAT/GST, or similar taxes may be calculated based on the transaction and destination. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected method for the checkout total and agree to provide complete and accurate billing information.

Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Contact Information, and Legal Notice form part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer protection that cannot legally be waived.

Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. You do not indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while mandatory consumer protections of your place of residence remain applicable. Before filing a claim, please contact us and allow 30 days for a good-faith informal resolution. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, courts with jurisdiction in El Paso County, Colorado will be the venue for disputes.

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions stay effective.
