Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests made within 30 calendar days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with any supplied tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email a6617559h@outlook.com with your order number, the item involved, and the reason for return. Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending anything. Do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically authorize that address, because our designated return facility may be different.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error, a defective or incorrect item, or transit damage. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for a return parcel until it is received.

The following items are not returnable unless defective or otherwise required by law: personalized or made-to-order products; gift cards; downloaded or accessed digital products; perishable goods; opened personal-care or hygiene goods; hazardous materials; and items clearly marked “final sale” before purchase.

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. To the extent permitted by law, we may deduct documented loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the item.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy. Contact us as soon as possible to request an order cancellation; cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment begins.

This policy does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including rights relating to defective, misdescribed, unordered, or undelivered goods.
